The fruits you should not remove seeds

Avocado, papaya, watermelon, grape, and jackfruit eat whole grains, which provide all the nutrients and vitamins needed for the body.

Avocado seeds

Avocado seeds contain more nutrients than fruit pulp because 70% of amino acids are in the seeds, help reduce cholesterol, prevent cardiovascular disease and prevent stroke. Eating avocado also reduces inflammation in the digestive tract and alleviates intestinal problems.
